This house had plenty to commend it: it was situated in the country, with a large lot and a about-to-collapse outbuilding (almost another house). It also had a very interesting in-ground garage, which connected via a lengthy tunnel to the large basement of the house.
Unfortunately two things made this house an immediate "no." First, a whole community of condominiums had been built just next door, and second, the entire home smelled of cigarette smoke.
