On April 10, Charlotte, our realtor, and I set off to look at houses in Grand Rapids. Our realtor attempted to put them in order from worst to best, and we learned a lot about what can be hidden with carefully framed pictures. This place would have needed a lot of work. Like new siding, roofing, etc., though the inside was nice.
